Life
My Spouse -
Met my first spouse at Hollywood USO when I was working for L.A. County Counsel's office. Fast forward from 1960 to 1972, I re-met my 2nd and final husband (we dated when I was 18) through my parents who had remained friendly with him throughout the years. We "hit" it off again right away and have been married for 35+ years. Jack is a high school math teacher in LAUSD (his second career) and a part-time musician (clarinet and sax). I've finally (a couple of years ago) begun singing in public (solo). I was in Lyric Club in HS and have sung with choirs through the years, but was always too chicken to sing alone. My Pets-
I have two cats, Black and white Hans and cocoa colored Fritz
My Kids -
Cathi is my stepdaughter and we've never had any wicked step problems. She has a 20 year old daughter who is a delight (Tiffany). She is a junior at Loyola Marymount U. Jack and I have two sons. David, 34, works as a computer/software tech for a law firm in San Francisco (grad of UCBerkeley, 1996), he lives with his girlfriend Chi Chih in Albany, CA, and Matthew, 31, lives in LA with his girlfriend, Marta.
My Job -
I am a California Certified Legal Secretary and am retired and havwe been for two years but only recently admit it to myself and others. I love retirement.
